A queue wall that cannot show a name
Put today's queue on one side of a split screen. It shows a token number and the columns you choose, and nothing that identifies a patient.

YouTube, checked before you save
Some uploaders block embedding, which would show an error on the wall. Zilo checks a pasted link first, so you only add videos that will play.
Full screen or split
Fill the screen with one playlist, or split it 50 / 50 or 70 / 30 and give the second zone its own playlist or a live queue.
Changes reach the wall quickly
Edit a screen's own layout or playlist and the TV updates right away. For anything else, use Force sync, or let the TV pick it up on its next check-in.

Getting started
On the wall in three steps

Open the app on your TV
Install the Zilo Board app on an Android TV or an Android TV box and open it. The screen shows a pairing code, like ABCD-1234.

Pair it from your dashboard
Click Add Screen, type the code, name the screen (Waiting Room A, say) and register it. It appears as a card, and turns Online once the TV checks in.

Choose a layout and a playlist
Pick full screen or a split, assign a playlist, and save. Then check the card says Online and the wall is playing it. In a hurry? Force sync.
Built for a public wall
A screen everyone can see has to be safe by design
The wall faces every patient and visitor. It shows what it should and nothing else, and goes quiet rather than show something wrong.
Tokens, never names
The live queue shows a token number, never a name, initials or phone. Zilo's own queue is built without reading patient names at all, so there is nothing to leak.
A stale queue hides itself
If queue data stops refreshing for a few minutes, the wall drops back to full-screen signage instead of showing old tokens.
Managers and admins only
Every Zilo Board page needs a manager or admin, so front-desk staff ask for changes rather than editing what the whole room sees.
A billing slip doesn't unpair a TV
After a lapse there is a grace period. Past it, a screen is suspended, not unpaired, so it resumes once billing is sorted, with no re-pairing.

Digital signage for hospitals is a screen, usually a TV in a waiting room or corridor, that shows content you control remotely, such as health tips, service lists, announcements and the live queue. What is a token display system for hospitals?
A token display system shows queue numbers on a screen, so patients can see which token is being served now and which is next without asking the front desk. Zilo Board's live queue does this with a token number plus optional provider, department, room and time columns, and no patient names. It is fed by Zilo Practice OS or your hospital system.
Can the queue screen show the queue without patient names?
Yes. Zilo Board's queue wall shows a token number only, never a name, initials or phone number, because the queue is built without reading patient names at all. You choose whether provider, department, room and scheduled time appear, and you can write the token label in your own language, such as Token or टोकन.
How does queue management work in a hospital or clinic?
Queue management gives each patient a token when they register, calls patients in order for each doctor or room, and shows the status so people know their turn. In Zilo, appointments in Practice OS carry token numbers and Zilo Board displays today's queue on a waiting-room screen. A hospital system can feed it through a connector or event push.
Can I use my existing TV for digital signage?
Yes, if it runs Android TV, or you plug an Android TV box into it. Install the Zilo Board app, type the pairing code it shows into your dashboard, and the screen is yours to manage. Zilo does not sell you a player, so any Android TV device you already own can be paired.
Which media formats are supported?
Zilo Board supports JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP and SVG images, MP4, WebM, OGG and MOV videos, any publicly accessible URL (for web pages or dashboards), and YouTube video links. Uploads are capped at 5 MB per image and 50 MB per video; for anything larger, host it and add it by URL.
How often does the screen sync with the server?
Screens send a heartbeat every 60 seconds and pick up new content within 5 seconds of a publish. The dashboard shows each screen's online/offline status based on the last heartbeat.
What happens if the internet connection drops at the clinic?
The Zilo Board TV app caches the current playlist locally. If the internet goes down, the screen continues playing the last synced content without interruption until connectivity is restored.
How many screens can I manage?
There is no hard cap on screens — plans are priced per registered screen. You can add screens at any time from the dashboard by pairing the Android TV app with a sync code.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No proprietary hardware is required. Any Android TV device (Mi Box, Nvidia Shield, any smart TV running Android TV OS) works. Simply install the Zilo Board app from the Play Store and pair it.
