Zilo Practice OS, our clinic management product, is coming soon and has no public price yet. The plan grid above shows the exact price of every plan, monthly or yearly.
There is no permanent free plan, but every Zilo Care product includes a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to start. Each organisation gets one trial per product. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, access is suspended and your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.
Yes. Every plan has a monthly and a yearly price, and the toggle above the plan grid switches between them. A yearly plan costs less than twelve monthly payments, and the saving is shown when you switch. Yearly subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months, and our Refund Policy covers a pro-rated refund in the first 30 days.
The prices on this page are the subscription fees. Our Terms of Service state that GST and other applicable taxes are added to subscription fees where required, and GST on software services in India is 18%. Each payment is followed by a GST invoice that shows the tax breakdown, either CGST and SGST or IGST.
Yes. An organisation admin can cancel any product subscription at any time from Billing in the dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Monthly payments already made are not refunded, and cancelling one product does not affect your other products.
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. At checkout you pay with the methods Razorpay offers for your subscription, and Zilo Care does not store your card details. You do not need to enter any payment details to start a free trial.
Yes. You can subscribe to any combination of products, and each one is managed and billed on its own, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel one without touching the others. Upgrades are pro-rated and charged immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
