Our Products — including Zilo Growth Engine, Zilo Consult, Zilo Pharmacy, Zilo Second Opinion, Zilo Practice OS, and Zilo Reputation Engine — are tools designed to help licensed healthcare professionals and organisations manage and operate their practices more efficiently.
Zilo Care is a technology enabler, not a healthcare provider. We do not employ or engage doctors, medical practitioners, pharmacists, or any other healthcare professionals on behalf of end patients, except where expressly described in a specific Product's terms of use.
Nothing on the Zilo Care platform, website, or any communication from Outshade Digital Media Private Limited constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content available through our platform — including templates, forms, clinical note examples, and educational materials — is provided for informational and operational purposes only.
Healthcare providers using our platform are solely responsible for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions made through or facilitated by the platform. Patients should always consult a qualified and licensed medical professional for any health concerns.
Use of the Zilo Care platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between end patients and Outshade Digital Media Private Limited. Any doctor-patient relationship that exists is solely between the patient and the licensed healthcare provider using the platform.
Zilo Care facilitates the delivery of healthcare services by third-party practitioners; it does not itself provide those services.
Healthcare organisations and practitioners who use Zilo Care are solely and fully responsible for:
Outshade Digital Media Private Limited accepts no liability for the clinical actions or omissions of healthcare providers using our platform.
Zilo Second Opinion facilitates connections between healthcare organisations and specialist physicians for case reviews and expert consultations. In this capacity, Zilo Care acts solely as an intermediary technology platform and is not a party to the clinical interaction between the referring provider and the consulting specialist.
Second opinions provided through the platform are the professional opinions of the independent consulting specialists and do not constitute advice from Zilo Care. The final clinical decision rests with the treating healthcare provider.
While we strive to keep the information on the Zilo Care website and platform accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information, products, or services on the platform for any particular purpose.
Information on the platform, including drug databases, clinical templates, and regulatory guidance, is provided for reference purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical judgment, current clinical guidelines, or advice from a qualified practitioner.
Like all technology systems, the Zilo Care platform may experience technical issues, downtime, data sync delays, or errors. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform at all times.
Healthcare providers must not rely solely on the Zilo Care platform for time-critical clinical operations. Appropriate backup procedures and contingency plans should be maintained by each healthcare organisation to ensure continuity of patient care in the event of technical interruptions.
The Zilo Care platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party resources. Access to and use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
The healthcare regulatory landscape in India is governed by multiple bodies, including the National Medical Commission, the Pharmacy Council of India, the Telehealth Practice Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and state-level medical council rules, among others. These regulations are subject to change.
While Zilo Care makes reasonable efforts to align its platform features with applicable regulations, we do not guarantee that use of our platform will automatically ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements applicable to your practice. Healthcare providers are responsible for staying current with and complying with all regulations relevant to their practice type, location, and specialisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Outshade Digital Media Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: (a) the use or inability to use the platform; (b) any clinical decision made by a healthcare provider using the platform; (c) any reliance on information provided through the platform; or (d) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform. This limitation of liability applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
